What was our role?

Our latest project for the Big Yellow Self Storage Company was the fitout of their new flagship store located in London, Kings Cross. The building opened after a 20-week fitout programme. The store is spread across a double basement, ground floor and six upper floors and consists of storage units, flexi-offices with a communal hub/meeting areas and climate-controlled wine cellars and a wine tasting room.

The store also incorporates a range of green features to reduce its environmental impact including air source heat pumps, solar panels, electric vehicle charging and bio-diversity features.
