What was our role?

The works comprised the design and construction of a new two storey extension encompassing new Consulting Rooms, Treatment Rooms, Offices, Pharmacy, WC and Disabled WC facilities. Following the handover of the new extension, an extensive refurbishment and remodelling of the existing Surgery was undertaken. Throughout the contract period, the Surgery continued in live occupation. In addition to the above, the scheme also included associated external works comprising car parking, soft landscaping and a DDA ramp. The Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health scope of works also included the S185 diversion of the existing mains drainage scheme, a new passenger lift and an upgrade to the mains electrical supply.
