We have constructed new, purpose-built Community Centre on the outskirts of Stanway village. The building features an impressive double-height hall providing flexible spaces to inspire a range of activities for the local residents and community groups.
Downstairs, the spacious main hall features a sprung floor to enable wellness and exercise classes to take place, an additional function room and a double kitchen with bar access to both areas; enabling space for a future community café. Upstairs there are various sized offices and meeting spaces, featuring a mezzanine floor.
The building is fully accessible and includes a Changing Places facility, and hearing loop provision.
The works included landscaping and car park. We also delivered external works outside of the site comprising highway works and drainage connections.
We displayed artwork created by the local school pupils’ on our site hoarding.
