We were proud to work again with the Salvation Army International Trustee Company to provide an updated international conference centre, new accommodation facilities, dining, and office facilities.
The works included the alteration, sympathetic restoration and refurbishment of the period 18th century Grade II Listed Mansion House using many traditional techniques. We worked closely with the local authority’s conservation officer ensuring compliance with the listed building consent. This included completing significant additional works identified by the client’s design team flowing opening up works to expose parts of the 250-year-old structure and Victorian structural alterations.
These works also included the construction of a new conservatory together with external landscaping modifications.
