What was our role?

The proposed works were for the design and construction of a two-storey health centre, including external works, drainage and new incoming services, including highways works, including new pedestrian crossing; a new site access bell mouth; and upgraded telematics to adjacent bus stops.

Harlow Health Centres Trust Ltd are the landlords, with tenants including a GP Surgery, Dental Practice and Pharmacy, plus one other tenant for the shell finished first floor lettable area.
