What was our role?

Stage 1 of 2 stage D&B tender – Fitting Out of Landlords Shell Unit 116 to form new concept H-Beauty retail store. To form and fit out a new store for the Harrods Beauty Concept. The unit as existing will be stripped out shell. Following landlord shell works the tenant works include the construction of a new partitions, linings, ceiling, fixtures and fittings (store fit out) together associated mechanical and electrical works.
