What was our role?

Design and construction forming an extension of the existing warehouse to be used for storage purposes. The construction is a steel portal frame building with self-finished profile sheet cladding with triple skin roof lights, electrically operated sectional up and over doors. The works involved forming a new opening in existing external wall between the existing warehouse and extension. and the addition and modification of mechanical and electrical services, including relocating incoming gas, water and electric services. The external works to included the relocation of the access gates, new hard paved/parking areas and associated drainage works.
