What was our role?

The design and construction of a new single storey amenity centre and ten residential apartments in an attached three storey building. The works comprised car parking, landscaping and associated services and drainage.

The site was formerly an NHS hospital and is located at Fulbourne Old Drift in Cambridge, occupying part of the existing Capital Park Business Park. To the north it is bounded by the Fulbourne Old Drift (Road) with the Newmarket to Cambridge railway beyond. To the west is an access road to an NHS hospital site and to the south the site is bounded by the car park.
