What was our role?

The design and construction of a two-storey research and development building with associated external works, drainage and infrastructure. The works involve full fit-out to part of the building and shell and core finish to the remainder. Unit A comprised fully fitted out laboratories and ancillary space to the secured tenant’s specification. Unit B is to shell and core only.
