Pre- Construction Manager
Stansted
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the early stages of our projects.
As Pre- Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning and coordination of construction projects during the pre-construction phase, ensuring that all preconstruction activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the preconstruction team as it follows correct adjudication and bid management processes and hands over successful bids to the project delivery teams.
- Develop bid-winning strategies and bid writing plans for quality led bids.
- Provide Precon Director with identification and sourcing of leads, generating high quality tender opportunities to meet business objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget estimates, and schedules.
- Prepare and present preconstruction reports to Pre- Construction Director and clients, highlighting key milestones and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all preconstruction activities for future reference and audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

· Show experience and willingness to learn.
CSCS Card needed.
Full Driving Licence essential.
