Design and build project comprising the demolition of existing entrance section, construction of extension to provide increased office space, a new entrance foyer and two fire escape staircases. Significant structural works were carried out to strengthen the existing foundations and alterations to the existing first floor slab and the roof structure to form a roof plant area and roof terrace. Alterations to the existing drainage installation and hard and soft landscaping works were also carried out.
