Hutton Construction has extensive experience of constructing innovative new buildings for a variety of uses including educational, office space, laboratory facilities, warehouse, retail and bespoke residential, as well as refurbishing similar building types throughout the East England, Cambridge, London and the Home Counties.
Contract values typically range from £100,000 up to £15million and include a variety of Traditional contracts as well as Design & Build. We are well versed with working under a variety of building contracts including both the JCT and NEC suite of contracts. Whilst the majority of our new work is secured through either single stage or two stage tendering arrangements, we also have a number of framework arrangements in place with various local authorities and other public sector bodies.
