What was our role?

Refurbishment, upgrade and fit-out works to Potters Resort Five Lakes in Colchester, Essex. Hutton was initially appointed to deliver the refurbishment of the main restaurants and kitchen areas. Upon our completion, we were asked to form an ongoing partnership to complete various other projects across the site:

Restaurants and bar
New Golf Hub
Rushley Suites and bar
Hotel rooms and en-suites
‘Village’ works
Golf course works
New paths and entrance to the Championship course
Driving range works and outbuilding
