What was our role?

A new modern office and workshop building to replace the dilapidated former piggery currently on site to provide a bespoke commercial premise comprising the Company’s new administrative base and centre of operations.

Our redevelopment comprises the demolition of the existing buildings, sheet piling, ground, and enabling works followed by the construction of offices, machine workshop and repair area, plant yard, access, and parking. Hutton is fitting out to shell and core.
